Terms and conditions
- Behaviour: AHRI reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to an AHRI event, or eject any person from an AHRI event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by AHRI staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
- Canvassing by delegates is strictly prohibited at AHRI events and forums. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event/forum except by event sponsors. Delegates violating this policy will be asked to leave the event and AHRI members may have their membership revoked.
- Cancellation policy: Registrations must be received by the registration closing date; no refunds will be given after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing. An administration fee of $100 per registrant will apply for cancellations.
- Group discounts: Groups of 3 or more qualify for a 10% discount off their registration rate. This discount does not apply to AHRI student member registrations, organisational member or workshops registrations.
- Invoices: A purchase order is required before an invoice for payment can be issued. Invoices must be paid within 14 days or by the registration closing date (whichever comes first) in order to guarantee the booking. If payment is not made prior to the registration closing date and the event reaches capacity, your place is not guaranteed and may be offered to those on the waiting list.
- Image Release: In registering for AHRI events and conferences, delegates grant permission to AHRI, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for AHRI. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from AHRI in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, AHRI and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise AHRI by contacting (03) 9918 9200 or events@ahri.com.au.
- Non-member registration: Please note the non-member registration rate includes an introductory affiliate membership valid for one year only. You will be contacted by AHRI regarding upgrading to Professional Membership within 3 months. Full details of AHRI membership are available at www.ahri.com.au.
- Privacy policy: AHRI is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. AHRI collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing membership services, education and training programs, and improving and promoting products and services, and membership status in various ways. View full details of AHRI's privacy policy. AHRI may distribute a delegate list at the event and a list of delegate contact details to conference sponsors. Should you not wish to have your name and company name included in the delegates list, and/or do not wish your details to be provided to the conference sponsors, please email registrations@ahri.com.au.
- Program: AHRI reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.

Recording of CPD Hours:
- AHRI members who register for AHRI events/forums on or before the registration closing date will havetheir CDPEdge record updated automatically. Records will be updated at the completion of the event/forum.
- It is the responsibility of AHRI members who register after the registration closing date to update theirown CPDEdge record manually. Visit theCPDedge page for details.
- AHRI members who have registered for an AHRI event/forum but are unable to attend, are responsible fornotifying AHRI of non-attendance. Email registrations@ahri.com.au.
- Records of attendance are maintained on file by AHRI for auditing purposes.

- Registration Notice: AHRI member registration rates are not transferable to non-AHRI members. By selecting a member registration rate, it is agreed that the registrant is a current financial member of AHRI and that the registration is made in the AHRI member’s name only. A breach of this may result in a cancellation of an event registration and/or AHRI membership.
- Registration and Payment: Registrations received after the closing date may incur a late fee. Payment in full is required by the event date. Registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly 'first in' payment basis. In the event that no space is available, you will be notified immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call AHRI on 03 9918 9200 to confirm that your registration has been received.
- Sharing registrations: A conference registration is for one individual to attend the full conference program. One registration may not be utilised by several individuals. Group registration discounts are available for this purpose.
- Special Dietary/Physical Requirements: Will not be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please email registrations@ahri.com.au with your requirements.
- Substitutions: Should a registrant be unable to attend, they may send one substitute in their place. AHRI must be notified of all substitutions prior to the event. Also see the conditions under Registration Notice.
